Give a brief description of the inhabitant. The man. The legend. Do we know any significant details about these guys? If yes, great! Include that here. If not, then this can just be ignored.

Grants
D-48 (133 acres, 3 Feb 1789)
Robert Learmont. Origin: Loyalist.
Robert Learmont received a land grant of 133 acres in the Clarencetown area of Long Island on 3 February 1789. His grant indicates his name as “Robert Learmont, Loyalist,’ he was given a 10-year waiver of quit rent payments, and he is listed in the Seibert book as a Loyalist claimant – as much proof as we will get that he was a Loyalist!
