Sarah Maycock. Origin: Old Family Name.
Sarah Maycock, possibly the mother or sister of George and Sweeting Maycock, was granted 40 acres in the Deadmans Cay area of Long Island on 30 July 1788.
Early Bahamian documents contain records of the Maycock family in the Bahamas as early as 1722.
