Daniel Culmer. Origin: Old Inhabitant.
A member of the old Bahamian Culmer (Comer/Cullimore/ Comber) family, Daniel married a woman named Martha, and was granted 57 acres in The Bight on Long Island on 20 October 1788. He was later listed as a planter on an indenture in 1793. He may have been the Daniel Culmer born on New Providence in 1760 to Francis and Catherine Culmer.
