Hannah Short. Origin: Unknown.
Hannah Short received a 120-acre land grant on Long Island, in the Whitehouse area. Her land was later commuted to the Estate of Robert Miller.
Hannah’s husband was William Thurston of New Providence, and on 15 August 1788 their son, William Thurston was born on the island of New Providence.
